This method can be the right one for a client who is in a time crunch and need to deliver the project in a shorter period of time than the typical. This involves a very close relationship between the architect and the contractor that enables quick decision making, high level problem solving, and an expert understanding of how to deliver the project within an accelerated schedule. This may not be the best approach for cost effectiveness but when time is not on your side this may be the best delivery method for your project.
