Michael Nembrotti

Michael brings to the team a wide range of design and building experience. He was instrumental in the conceptual design of an elementary school in North Hanover, New Jersey. He worked for several years at an event design firm, detailing construction and creating shop drawings. Some of his designs produced life-sized models for the Black Canyon National Park in Colorado and Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site in Pennsylvania. His display and construction work is seen in National Museums and exhibitions throughout the Northeast. In his spare time, he likes modifying Jeeps, driving off-road, overlanding (vehicle camping with his family), and enjoys woodworking.

Weston Blaney, LEEP AP

Wes has over 20 years of corporate interiors and award-winning restaurant design experience. His area of expertise is in Green building, sustainability  and resilient design. He is a member of the US Green Building Council and holder of LEED accreditation. He is also a co-founder of GreenHome, a non profit which brings green design to Habitat for Humanity in Washington DC. His role in JAM-Arch is to bring an integrated approach in managing our Childcare brands, production, and the use of bim throughout the design and construction process.  Outside of work, Wes is a competitive pool player and enjoys coaching new players.

Andrew Everett

“What we do in life echoes eternity.” -Maximus (Gladiator)

Andrew is based in our Austin, Texas office. He brings to us a solid background in Childcare, and is well versed with licensing regulation and design standards. Andrew has worked for a national early learning franchise before joining JAM-Arch. He is also experienced in residential home building. His main responsibilities include providing site surveys in the Texas market, preparing schematic designs and construction documents. Andrew enjoys running and is currently training for a marathon. He is also fond of music, reading and trying new cooking recipes. Let’s toast to Andrew with his favorite glass of Buffalo Trace Whiskey!
